How do I qualify as a top candidate on Cardin.ai?

To qualify, you must either:

  • Hold a degree from a qualified university
  • Have worked at a Mega or Mid Cap tech company
  • Been employed at a unicorn startup or one funded by a top 100 VC firm
What are the steps to complete my candidate registration?
  1. Sign up on Cardin.ai
  2. Upload a current resume or add a link to your LinkedIn profile
  3. Complete an interview with Cardin.ai

Am I eligible for an incentive as a candidate?

Yes. If you are a qualified candidate and complete an interview with a Standard, Enterprise, Contingency, or Enterprise Contingency employer, you will receive a $25 reward—once the employer confirms the interview was completed and you met your stated qualifications on the Cardin.ai platform.

Do I receive an incentive if I interview with any of the listed employers?

No. The interview incentive is only for interviews with contracted employers.  Employers that offer an interview incentive have a gift card icon displayed next to their positions on the Cardin.ai Rewards page. 

How do I earn gift cards?

If a participating employer within our network selects you for an interview, you may be qualified for a $25 gift card. Please note that these company-specific interviews are different from the initial AI phone call with Cardin. Gift cards are digital and sent over email within 7 business days of interview completion. How much money can I expect to make?

What does your payment structure look like?

Recruiters earn a commission when new, qualified contacts they refer to the Cardin AI platform are hired within the first year of their joining. Depending on the hiring company’s contract type, recruiters may either earn 40% of the total hiring commission paid by the employer (in the case of employers on contingency agreements) or $1,000 (for employers on subscription agreements).

How can I track my referrals / invites?

Login and you'll be able to view your invites and their status.

Can I earn money for referring candidates?

Yes. If one of your referred qualified candidate is hired

  • By a Standard or Enterprise subscription employer: You earn $1,000 per hire.
  • By a Contingency or Enterprise Contingency client: You earn 40% of the contingency fee paid for the hire.

How do recruiters earn commissions from employers they refer to Cardin.ai?
  • Standard and Enterprise subscription clients: Recruiters earn 40% of the client’s monthly fee for 12 months.
  • Contingency and Enterprise Contingency clients: Recruiters earn 40% of the placement fee for any placed candidates for 12 months.
Is the posted referral fee the actual commission amount?

Not necessarily. The posted reward fees are estimates—your compensation is based on the actual fees collected.

How are interviews and hires tracked?

Based on your login, you can view your invites and their status.

Can I use Cardin.ai for free?

Yes. An employer can create a free account and post one job for up to 60 days. You’ll receive up to 3 candidate submittals per month from the top 3% of candidates (based on your company’s qualifications).

How does Cardin.ai ensure candidate quality?

Cardin.ai uses AI to vet and interview candidates, filtering them based on past experience and educational background. Employers receive access to candidates in the top 1% or 3% depending on their account type.

Can we post opportunities for temp/project hire?

We kindly request that you clearly define the scope of the position in the job title. This helps potential candidates understand the nature of the role right from the start. If the job type is not explicitly mentioned, we will automatically consider the position to be full-time. This clarity ensures that both employers and applicants are on the same page, reducing any potential confusion and streamlining the hiring process.

Are we required to post a salary range for each role?

We strongly recommend setting clear expectations from the outset. This approach not only enhances satisfaction for both parties involved but also ensures that resources are utilized efficiently and effectively. By establishing a mutual understanding, we can foster a more productive and harmonious collaboration, leading to successful outcomes and a more rewarding experience for everyone.

 

What are the employer engagement levels and their benefits?

What's the difference between the employer Standard and Enterprise subscription plans?

Enterprise plans offer significantly more posts, hires, and interviews, and include a dedicated recruiter. Standard plans are more limited but cost less.

Can an employer upgrade from a free (Trial) account?

Yes. Upgrade to Standard, Enterprise, Contingency, or Enterprise Contingency plans anytime to increase your hiring and candidate interaction limits.
