You direct corporate sponsors to create a Recruiter Account on Cardin.ai. Your firm holds the rights for one year for qualified new applicant and employer registrants.

Your company generates passive revenue in four ways:

• $100 for each confirmed interview of one of your qualified applicants by any Standard, Enterprise, Contingency, or Enterprise Contingency CardinalTalent client
• 40% of the monthly subscription fee for any Standard or Enterprise Cardin.ai clients
• 40% of the recruitment fee if one of your qualified applicants is hired by a Cardin.ai Contingency or Enterprise Contingency client
